Merseyside Solicitors win compensation for Wirral woman involved in car accident
A woman from Bebington on the Wirral has been awarded compensation as a result of a road traffic accident that took place at traffic lights in New Ferry. Camps Solicitors, who were able to secure compensation for her injuries and her damaged vehicle, represented her.
The accident took place at a set of temporary traffic lights in the vicinity of a supermarket in New Ferry. At the time of the accident our client was in a queue at the lights when the driver in front reversed into her vehicle, causing damage to both cars. The at-fault driver admitted liability at the scene.
Our client suffered soft tissue injuries to her back and neck, which took around 6 months to heal, as well as emotional shock and anxiety. She took time off work as a result of the accident and subsequently worked only light duties.
