£10,000 Compensation for car accident victim on the A41

A man from Chester was involved in a serious road traffic accident as the passenger in the back seat of a BMW M3 that was travelling towards Chester on the A41. Camps Solicitors acted for the gentleman and were able to secure compensation for the injuries he sustained.

The incident involved collision with numerous other vehicles, as a result of which Mr A was knocked unconscious. Following the accident he suffered severe physical and mental injuries including memory loss, flashbacks, fracture of the fibula and injuries to his groin and hip.

Due to the accident Mr A also took 2 and a half weeks off work, which he was able to claim for with our assistance. The case went to court and he received £10,000 compensation from the insurers of the at fault driver.
